- Dry spit on your left side 3 times.
- seek refuge in ALLAH from the Shaytan and the evil of what you saw.
Allaahumma inni a’uudzubika min’amalishytan wa sayyiaatil ahlaam
Meaning :- “O Allah I seek refuge in you from the work of satan and from bad dreams
- Sleep on a Different Side.
- Get up and Pray.
- Do not explain nor mention the dream to anyone.
